Yes. GridKnock accesses SMT data using credentials you provide — your own registered SMT account. Customer data is used solely to generate the report and is never sold, shared, or stored beyond the session. Reports are delivered directly to your private Discord channel or via encrypted SMS/email to the rep on file.
