These terms apply to all users including subscribers, trial users, and anyone accessing any part of the GridKnock platform.
GridKnock provides solar sales intelligence tools for licensed door-to-door solar sales professionals operating in Texas. The Service includes:
GridKnock is a business-to-business tool for sales professionals. It is not a consumer product and is not intended for direct use by homeowners.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal or by contacting support. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already billed.

Violation of these acceptable use terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
Sales representatives are solely responsible for obtaining homeowner consent before running any address lookup or energy report. GridKnock provides tools — the rep is responsible for complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including:
GridKnock does not independently verify homeowner consent. The rep bears full responsibility for ensuring consent is properly obtained and documented.
Energy Intelligence Reports are generated from interval usage data sourced from Texas grid infrastructure and are provided for informational and sales-support purposes only.
Not all addresses will produce a report. Addresses that cannot be matched to a valid service account will not yield results.
The GridKnock platform, report templates, branding, logos, software, and all associated content are owned by GridKnock and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Subscribers receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GridKnock and generated reports solely for their own door-to-door solar sales activities. This license does not permit redistribution, resale, or white-labeling of any GridKnock content or tools.
GridKnock reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion and without prior notice. Accounts terminated for violations are not eligible for refunds.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the paid period, after which your account will be deactivated.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GridKnock is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
GridKnock's total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to GridKnock in the 30-day period immediately preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas.
GridKnock may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers by email of material changes at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
